Order Processing
All items are made to order and will be shipped within 3 business days and ready to ship within 3 business days unless otherwise stated. Orders placed after 3:00 pm will be processed on the next business day {Mon-Thurs} and then shipped. Orders are shipped via Evri unless otherwise stated Tracking information, when applicable, will be provided. If you need your order expedited, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss alternative shipping options.
Extreme Temperatures
Soy wax is sensitive to extreme hot or cold temperatures, and we take this into consideration when determining ship dates. Your shipment may be delayed during extreme weather conditions.
Damaged in Transit
If your item{s} arrive damaged, please contact us immediately. We will ask you to send photos of the package and damaged items.
These photos will be required for us to file a claim. Please do not throw out the damaged packaging or items until we have
confirmed if the shipping carrier will need to pick them up. Items that are damaged during shipping will be replaced by Cymru Candles at no additional cost. If the item is no longer available, you will have the option of selecting a comparable item or a refund for the item{s} that are unusable.
Shipping Promotions
The least expensive shipping option will be utilized, regardless of what is selected at check out, for orders using a free shipping
promotion or discount.
Eco-Friendly Shipping
We make a conscious effort to use eco-friendly packing materials when feasible. For box fillers we use eco friendly peanut packing which can be dissolved in water. All our packages are shipped as carbon neutral. The emissions produced to ship the package are calculated and carbon credits are purchased that protect the equivalent number of trees. Carbon credits may also support
landfill gas destruction, wastewater treatment and methane destruction.
Special Orders and Wholesale Orders
These provisions do not apply to special orders and wholesale transactions. Special orders and wholesale transactions are subject
to the terms of the individual contract. Wholesale and special orders are not eligible for any other shipping offers or promotions unless specifically stated.
